If you're in a room with Alfred, regardless of how crowded said room is, it's very likely that you'll notice him at some point. Even though, as a nation, he's 235 years old (236 next month on the 4th!), he acts more his physical age of nineteen than his actual age. Because one, he's still relatively young for his "kind", and two, who really knows what a 230-something acts like anyway?
For friends, he has no problem talking to people, so it shouldn't be too hard for him to make friends on the outset. Closer friends, of course, will have to be willing to put up with some of his more obnoxious qualities. He is extremely loyal to his friends, always willing to help them in their time of need, but will sometimes poke his nose in to help when it's not needed, resulting in frequent annoyances. That said, he's always willing to have a little bit of fun, and he usually has his heart in the right place (New York), he just doesn't always do the best job of showing it.
Which brings us to enemies. As little as Alfred wants to admit it, he's pretty good at making these too. It's no surprise that a lot of people (and nations) just can't put up with his antics. He likes to think he's loved by almost everyone, but he knows better, and it bothers him. That said, don't expect him to show it in the normal way. He's not about to go moping in a corner, not in front of anyone...nah, instead he'll probably just goad you on.
Finally, we reach lovers. Anyone can fall into this category (yes, male or female, human or nation), but if you are human, don't expect to become a final. He's perfectly willing to enter flings with humans, but it's never that serious. He knows damn well that he'll outlive them, so what's the point in getting attached? So flings are most definitely open (and one-sided crushes)...pretty sure I have a final set for him too but if you're interested in anything in this category, feel free to post it and we'll have a looksie. XD

She's an extremely outgoing tomboy who also happens to have a huge streak of kleptomania (hence what helped her uncover the secret in the first place). She's usually pretty going but abnormally defensive if she feels that she has been caught doing something wrong (and she's been doing a lot of that lately). Her power is invisibility, and it tends to go out of control if she's feeling embarrassed or awkward in any way. XD Fortunately, most first impressions for her are either neutral or positive.
Making friends is incredibly easy for her, especially if you happen to be involved in sports or the like. She's outgoing as can be, and will usually at least try to befriend everyone. However, on the off chance that you DO rub her the wrong way when you first meet, chances are that you aren't going to get on her good side ever. First impressions are pretty important where she is concerned.
Enemies aren't that common, but like I said, Erika can hold a grudge when she wants to. She's not above spreading rumors and being vindictive, but fortunately she only reserves this for the worst of her grudges. She's also not against using her invisibility power to get back at them in some way, or stealing something from them...ahem. =P
Lovers are taken. She's currently dating a fine sophomore boy she's known since high school. HOWEVER, that doesn't mean that she can't have had past romances, although bear in mind that we'd have to work out how they met when Erika is a freshman and has known Cameron since high school. But if anyone's willing to rise to the challenge, I'm not against plotting past relationships either.

Ivan and Alfred: Drunken flings. Because you know he would try to out drink Russia with like "every time someone screams take a shot" or something and then they would end up sleeping together. Because that is what countries do when they get smashed. Or at least, that is what I picture they do. Otherwise I see lots of glares and general D< when they get on one anothers nerves
I wonder though how that impacts the actual country....XD

Alfred and Ivan - We discussed this on Skype, and yes. When they're sober, though, I picture some heavy duty rivalry. Leftovers from the Cold War and all that shit. Drunk, though? Yeah...things can happen. =P Awkward things. That will cause Alfred to scream when he wakes up next to Russia in the nude with no memory of how he got there.
'Sure gives new meaning to the phrase sleeping with the enemy...'
Erika and Ivan - I'm not sure on these two either. But thanks to the IC Jez-E and I did, Erika knows that Alfred's a nation now, so chances are she'll figure out Ivan too. So...not sure whether to have them get along somewhat, or to be creeped out, or somewhere in between...

CHAYA AND ALFRED - Both are nations and all, and she totally kicks him out of bed one night to tell him to get moving and do something. Plus their personalities are a bit similiar and all. They are good friends because America sponsed Israel, but can be quite tempt to make it hard. They are definitely a love match.
KATHERINE AND ALFRED - It's a very unique situation when you find Harry Potter walking about and you fly after Peter Pan, so they definitely have some interesting adventures, so good friends.

Alfred and Chaya - More like she tries to pry him out of bed to get him to do something during World War II and he's all 'meeeeeh, I dun wanna', and then Kiku comes along like 'oh, is this YOUR Pearl Harbor?' and he's all 'oh, it's on now'.
...anyway. XD
Yeah, I think they'd get along smashingly, even if they might clash occasionally. Good friends eventually evolving into finals, as we planned.
Alfred and Katherine - Agreed, though probably with a touch of awkward too, just because of how their second meeting went. =P

Logan & Alfred- Not sure how they would meet, but if Alfred likes video games and beer they could bond over that.
Tessa & Alfred- As discussed friends, with a one sided crush from Tessa to Alfred. And of course some fun time traveling.
Leela & Alfred- Same age so I'm sure at some time they will meet. and if she read his mind she could easily find out he's a nation.
Logan & Erika- Not sure how they would meet either, maybe by her trying to steal from him? Or her liking the car he drives and striking up a conversation?
Tessa & Erika- Again not sure how they would meet, Tessa is much older but could tutor her since she loves to help others.
Leela & Erika- She's only a year older so would probably see her around school, and she also befriends people easily. But if she tried to steal from her, Leela could easily read her mind about what she is planning on doing.

Alfred and Logan - He certainly does! I see casual friends for these two, then. Logan doesn't seem like the type who would find out about Alfred's secret, but as for just chillaxing and having a good time, I can see these two getting along well. Though the kind of trouble they'd get up to with super strength and pyrokinesis... XD
Alfred and Tessa - Yep, one sided crush, probably not helped by the fact that Alfred would have no problem flirting, but wouldn't be receptive to a romance of any kind (unless it's a one night stand style romance). She could probably EVENTUALLY find out why, but I like the idea of her not knowing at first. And yes, time travel. That would probably be, if anything, how she finds out about Alfred. XD
Alfred and Leela - Alfred would initially be all 'GET OUT OF MY HEAAAAAAAD!', but after that they'd be good I think. XD
Erika and Logan - I like the car idea, personally. =P I can see these two getting along pretty well, maybe good friends.
Erika and Tessa - Not sure what Erika would need a tutor for, but I'm sure I can think of something. She's smart, but really more focused on sports than on school, so I can see her using a tutor. Just need to work out for what. XD
Erika and Leela - I can see them being friends...though if Erika knew about Leela's power she'd probably try to avoid getting sticky fingers around Leela, lol.

Leela & Erika- Haha well we could have fun with these two and maybe Leela can come up and be like stealing that probably wouldn't be a good idea and totally mess with her at first.

Erika and Kat - Agreed. I see these two being pretty good friends, and, even though Erika and Jair are best friends, I sometimes see Kat tagging along as a third musketeer, especially after that IC.
Erika and Chaya - Now that she knows about Alfred, the others are bound to follow. So yes, I think Erika should find out about Chaya at some point. We can decide them how exactly they'd get along, and play that by ear...

ERIN and ALFRED
Past relationship of course. We discussed this one as I made her. There is a love hate thing going on with Erin’s side of their relationship. They are friends as well. She gets jealous of girls being near him or him being with anyone, despite them not being in a relationship and other times she just hates his guts. Gotta love characters who are emotionally everywhere!! 
Oh! And he still owes her a drink off...
ERIKA and ERIN
Once Erika knows, which she does because of the 4th of July Party, Erin would likely try to become friends with her. There will be times where Erin is just a bitch to her, like Erin is with everyone. But if Erika can get past that and accept that it happens and that she will receive no apology for that, then they may be able to work as friends. It’s up to you.

Alfred and Erin - Quite possibly the one relationship that is more all over the place than Alfred and Ivan. Also, on the world stage, having looked up U.S./Ireland relations (...which feels weird typing now XD), it seems like Erin would stick up for Alfred a lot when he gets himself in hot water for doing impulsive things, like, you know, invading countries to save them from the bad guys cause he's the hero. That sort of thing. XD
Erika and Erin - As long as they get along MOST of the time I think Erika could put up with the mood swings. XD

Like I said. Love hate. She hates him...and then she is backing him. She hates him...then she is fixing his mistakes. She hates him...then she is jealous that he has a new girlfriend. She hates him...and then she is claiming how wonderful he is to the European countries and trying to get them on his side.
