Olympics Watching

The summer was a good time to do sports and other activities, and she loved to do all kinds of different events and games. This day was a very good day for people all over the world yet it was also a day of remorse, mourning, and sorrows for this redhead lady who was currently down in the big hall where they do gym bikes and it was where a good size television could be found too. It was soon to be Shabbos, but she wanted to see if they would do anything for those poor innocent souls lost about forty years ago at the Munich Games and yes, it was almost the London Games for this year's summer Olympics.

It was quite an excited event and she wished she could be there with her team, but she was currently in Canada scouting and even now her people were endanger of terror, especially counting just a few days ago in Bulgaria when the bus was bombed and it was still in the works of being investigate. She knew who it could have been since it was a professional hit, but the Americans, Bulgarians, and Israelis officials were still trying to determine how it happen and who was behind it.

She sighed as she awaited the beginning of the games on screen, but they were still getting the torch to its goal. It was going to be awhile as she sat there in her finest since you need to be your best for the Shabbos, and still do everything full-heartedly. Her heart was heavy with grief and excitement yet it was hard when eleven members of your family, your people, dead and you were watching something in celebration.

Notes: Decided on doing an Olympic thread... so the Hetalians could root for their teams. Of course, we can't have Egypt since he wasn't here before or during the games...or I don't think so anyways. You could bring in your nonHetalian characters, but we will see. I dunno if Mandee wants to do this, but I think we should...so yeah. Have fun!
