It's been a horrible week and the bright sunny weather wasn't improving anything to somebody deep in miserable because their boyfriend - ex-boyfriend - had cheated on them and broken up, and her being the one to call the relationship off wasn't giving her much to dwell on or act on, so she was officially heartbroken and suffering the outcome. She hadn't been going to classes lately - not that she needed to really go to them since she was a nation, but it since meant hardships with keeping up with her grades and all.
She had been doing good too; but after the painful side effects to being apart from Al-America she didn't want to think about those emotions within her, but how would she know if it was true or not. She was quite certain that if this continue she wouldn't have lots of subjects to do. She should just go home, but Ben wouldn't be happy with her coming back just because of an agony over her dating life. She didn't even really told him about said relationship to her boss, and would like it to continue, especially after the revelation of America's unfaithfulness, so she would carry on with the pain and grief.
It brought her back to the dilemma of her life: she had been in her dormitory for the pass two weeks most of the time. She was both thankful and mad with her friend and roommate Ildri. The phoenix knew that she needed to know about the cheating and with whom. She couldn't believe it when she was told Erin and Al-America were up to, but he had concur to it, confessed. He should have confess to her without a push from Ildri, and wondered why she was so deep in this pool of drenching sorrow when anybody could see that he's not worth her troubles.
This had been her first serious dating relationship, and Alfred took it from her with his cheating. She thought she had been cherished and loved, but maybe it was clear now that she couldn't keep America from his most intimated social life: being a man-whore. She should have known it wouldn't last as she laid in her bed, looking up to the ceiling and pondered if she should even go out today. It pain her to even think about her ruined love life and she wished she didn't have to deal with this side of love, and she had to admit it: she still love Alfred and probably always will.
